Action Plan:

• Ensure that the Georgia professional development system is aligned with and guided by improving youth outcomes.
• Conduct a system review to determine trainings and professional development opportunities currently offered in the state.
• Ensure that the core competencies and content of trainings are aligned with afterschool standards and youth outcome indicators.
