DESCRIPTION:Close out the series with a training focused on youth engageme
 nt and empowerment. The Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network (GSAN)\, in 
 partnership with the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality\, i
 s offering a Youth Work Methods Training focused on Youth Voice and the
  Introduction to the Active Participatory Approach (APA).\nThis training 
 is designed to deepen staff understanding of how to meaningfully engage yo
 uth by centering their voice and participation in program design and deliv
 ery.\nParticipants will explore how to:\n\n\n 	Create opportunities for yo
 uth to share ideas\, make choices\, and take ownership\n 	Apply the Active
  Participatory Approach as a framework for engaging youth\n 	Foster enviro
 nments that support youth leadership and voice\n\nThis session is ideal fo
 r programs looking to move beyond basic engagement and strengthen youth-ce
