Deana Holiday Ingraham is the Program Quality Specialist at the Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network (GSAN).
Deana joined the Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network in 2019. She oversees professional learning opportunities for afterschool and youth development professionals, as well as quality support for afterschool programming across the state. Deana was elected mayor of East Point, Georgia and has served in that capacity since January 2018. Early in her career she was a trial court law clerk, an attorney for senior citizens, and a Division Chief for the State of Florida Department of Children and Families legal division. Deana was a founder of the One Voice Children’s Law Center, a non-profit law firm that provided pro bono legal services to youth. She has also served in strategic leadership roles in Georgia’s fourth-largest school district as the director of student discipline, was an instructor in post-secondary education, and served as a director in the juvenile court system.
