GSAN has developed the state’s only online, searchable database for afterschool, before school, and summer programs. The information you provide through this form will be shared through our map that will serve as a tool for parents looking for out-of-school time programs for their children, provide data that can be used to inform policy decisions at the federal, state and local levels, and provide a better picture of the landscape of afterschool in Georgia. A couple of things to consider before completing the survey:
- This survey is only to be completed by out-of-school time programs that serve children and youth in grade(s) K-12.
- Some of the information you provide will not be made publicly available. Information that will be made public is denoted by a (P).
- If your organization represents multiple programs sites with different locations, each program site should complete the survey individually.
