The Georgia Afterschool & Youth Development (ASYD) Micro-Credential is a professional development opportunity that recognizes the knowledge, skill, and competencies of youth development professionals serving children ages 5-12 in licensed school-age programs and classrooms. The micro-credential program includes 24 hours of professional learning aligned to the Georgia ASYD Quality Standards, a competency quiz, a portfolio review, and access to a Professional Learning Community. Those who earn their micro-credential will be honored at the annual ASYD Awards event.
