Justin Swartzwelder
Senior Program Specialist

Justin has always loved helping others. Throughout his life, he has always been someone that his friends and family could turn to for support. It was this passion that led Justin into the non-profit sector.

Justin is responsible for providing the BOOST grant program with critical administrative support within a federally-funded grant program in the areas of subgrantee technical assistance, budget management, and overall program management. Prior to joining Voices in 2023, Justin was the Program Director for the Youth Department at the Center for Pan Asian Community Services (CPACS). During his time here, he oversaw a department of over 50 staff that directly supported hundreds of youth and families each year in their goals of academic achievement and self-sufficiency while tackling difficult issues, such as language barriers.

Justin holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Sport and Exercise Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.

Fun fact: Justin is a die-hard Georgia Bulldogs fan and spends gamedays cheering on his Dawgs!
